refund & return policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our refund & return policy.

returns

All returns must be postmarked within three (3) days of receiving the purchased shipment. All returned items must be in new, unused with all original tags, and labels attached, unopened or unboxed condition.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at returns@theithelpguy.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in professional shipment packaging and include your proof of purchase, then ship your return to our nearest fulfilment store in your country.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to ship your return. Please use our Refund & Return Form to fill up all details.

REfunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Allow at least a thirty (30) day period from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Please note
  • 10% restocking fee of the original cost of the item may be charged for returns.
  • No returns if the item has cosmetic damages and tampering of any kind including, breaking the warranty protection seals/labels, or internal components damage.
  • Items must be returned along with all contents that were included within the original packaging box. These may be cables, power adapters/supplies, batteries, and other attachments.
